A wonderful blend of Viognier, Rolle and Muscat that transcends classic appellations. With its sandy-clay semi-slope terroir, this cuvée is distinguished by low-temperature fermentation and aging in oak barrels. Its bouquet of white, exotic fruits and a hint of vanilla will transport you. On the palate, a lively attack melts into elegant smoothness. Perfect with fish, white meats and mild spices.

2️⃣ Lirac Blanc, Cuvée Luc Pélaquié :
A refined blend of Grenache, Clairette, Viognier and Marsanne. Its terroir and ageing in oak barrels with regular stirring give it a limpid, golden color, a floral nose and a long, well-balanced palate of volume and freshness. Sublime with cooked fish and white meats.
