The grapes are destemmed and directly pressed. Then the alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo regulated fermentation at 18°c during 20 days.
Color : clear and salmon color.
Nose : fresh red fruits at the nose.
Palate : very long and fresh with red fruits hint.
With salad, roasted meat or any summer dishes.
