Grenache blanc, Clairette, Roussanne and dry Muscat (15%).
Grape varieties are harvested at optimal ripeness and vinified separately. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in thermo regulated tanks at low temperature (17°c). The wine is aged in 500L oak barrels during 9 months before muscat is added. Its atypical blend makes it an outsider from AOC regulation.
Color : very intensive and brilliant golden color.
Nose : ripe white and exotic fruits at the nose, with a vanilla touch.
Taste : full-bodied and long in mouth, it offers a fresh attack before a sweet and elegant finish.
Perfect with white meat and fishes with sweet spices.
